Belgain Waffles

4 eggs separated
Whip egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Add to egg yolks-
3 T Oil
2T Butter
1t. Vanilla
Mix together. Then add-
1c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1c. milk
Mix and then fold in egg whites.
