Shelley's Blondies

2 c. B. sugar
2/3 c.butter
mix and melt in pan.

2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 t. B. powder
1/4t. soda
1 c. choc. chips
mix the rest in and
put in greased pan and sprinkle choc. chips
on top
bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min.
