Pumpkin Woopie Pies

2 c. B. Sugar
1 c. oil

1 1/2 c. Pumpkin
1 t. Vanilla
2 eggs

3 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. cloves

FROSTING:

1 egg white beaten
2 T. milk
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1 t. Vanilla

Mix then add:

3/4 c. shortening
1 c. Powdered Sugar
