2 qts. chopped onions
cover with vinegar - cook until clear
4 qts. tomatoes
1 pepper or 1/8t cayenne pepper
1/4 c. salt
2 rounding t. of cloves, allspice, cinnamon
Mix all spices with 3 c. sugar
1 1/2t black pepper
cook down and bottle in water bath for 15 min.
