Cardamon Bread

1T. cardamon seed
2c. milk
1 1/2t. yeast
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
6 1/2 c. to 7 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 t. salt

Heat cardamon seeds in frying pan then crush them up.
Heat milk to like warm and add the yeast.
In mixing bowl put in eggs and sugar, mix together. Then add cardamon seed, milk mixture
and 3 c. of flour. Mix - then add butter and salt. Mix in the rest of the flour. Let raise.
Then divide into thirds and each into thirds again (9 altogether).
Braid 3 into one loaf. Total three loafs.
Let raise. Brush on egg and raw sugar
Cook at 350 degrees for 25 min.
