Spicy Chinese Chicken

1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbl Molasses
1 cup Water
2 cups Brown Sugar
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1tsp Mexican Chili Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Dash of Thyme, Ginger and Sage
3 tbl Corn Starch
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (cooked)
4 tbl Soy Sauce
2 tbl Vegetable Oil
4 cups Rice, Cooked
2 cups Chopped Mixed Vegetables (steamed)

1) In a medium sauce pan combine the first 11 ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool.
2) Brown cooked chicken in a large frying pan with vegetable oil and soy sauce and stir on high for 5 minutes.
3) Place 3/4 cup of rice and 1/4 cup steamed vegetables and 1/3 cup of chicken on a plate and drizzle 1/4 cup of the boiled sauce over everything on the plate and serve hot.
