Emmy's Blue Ribbon Blueberry Muffins.

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/3 cup blueberries ( I do not do that many blueberries, try 1 cup.)
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
8 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
preheat oven to 400
grease muffin tin.
melt the butter.
mix eggs and sugar together in a large mixing bowl. add in blueberries.
mix in flour, powder, and salt mix well
In a large measuring cup, measure out the milk, add the eggs to the milk, and add vanilla.
Add the butter to the blueberry mix. then add the mixture of eggs, milk, and vanilla.
mix well. scoop into muffin tins.
regular muffin tin (12) bake for 18 - 20 minutes
Jumbo muffin tin (6) bake for 22 - 24 minutes.
